CellMaxx® is a specially formulated functional food derived from Aphanizomenon flos-aquae (AFA) extract, which is harvested from the undisturbed, high-desert Klamath Lake in Southern Oregon. Aphanizomenon flos-aquae has been shown to support healthy immune function and a double-blind, placebo-controlled pilot study indicated Aphanizomenon flos-aquae also provide rapid improvement in cognitive function and visual acuity in human subjects. It is manufactured through a proprietary aqueous extraction method that maximizes the presence of its bioactive constituents.
